If you are a girl between the ages of 10-14 this is for you!
Create a Better You – strategies to overcome stress and anxiety for teenage girls
Navigating the preteen and teenage years can be challenging. You are NOT alone if you are struggling with daily stresses, anxiety disorders, and self-esteem.
Learn and practice skills in:
mindfulness – deep breathing exercise
journaling – create your own journal
gratitude – design a daily practice
stress relief activities – calming jar, aromatherapy play dough, etc.
Molly Rosinski and Vicki Schroeder – certificated school counselors, trained in mindfulness practices, and trauma informed care practices
