Tools to help move on after suicide
Surviving after a friend or family member’s suicide can feel hard, confusing and often leave an imprint of guilt. Knowing you’re not alone and that there are tools and techniques to help with the grieving process can provide a small sense of comfort.
In this safe-space workshop environment, you will be guided through movement and meditation to help connect you to and move emotions through the body. There will also be time and space for discussion if desired.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary and bringing a journal to capture any shifts is recommended.
