Physical risks, long hours, and challenging work and can lead to mental health issues for laborers and tradespeople. Studies have shown these individuals may have increased risk for depression and anxiety compared to corporate (white-collar) employees.  

Stigma often prevents workers from speaking up for fear of losing their job or being perceived as weak. How can employees ensure workers get the help they need?
