Why did your company join the Anti-Stigma Coalition?
Brass Ring Web Solutions joined the Coalition because mental health affects people in every community and workplace. Many individuals I know have faced these challenges, and people deserve support and understanding while they work through them.
What is your organization doing to address stigma and share the message that it’s ok to speak up and seek help?
My approach is simple: lead by example. I focus on treating people with respect, maintaining a healthy work environment, and encouraging open communication when someone needs support.
How would you encourage other small businesses to get involved in promoting a mentally healthy workplace and community?
Fellow small business owners can make a real difference by building workplaces based on respect and understanding. When business owners lead with those values, it creates a stronger environment for employees, customers, and the community as a whole.
