Our agency works with pregnant and parenting mothers as well as fathers. Our service area includes the East and West side of Buffalo and our clients are primarily African American and Hispanic. We screen our clients for depression and have an Empowerment Support group led by a mental health counselor. Maternal mental health is key to us as we care for our clients.

About the Organization
We work to decrease infant mortality and low birth weight infants among high-risk neighborhoods and our clients are primarily African American and Hispanic. Our services are free, voluntary and are provided as home visits in the residence of the client. We provide education, advocacy and work with our clients on the social determinants of health. Our Fatherhood program works with current and expecting dads with an evidence-based curriculum touching on engaging with their child, disciplining their child and co-parenting.
