As the Founder and Owner of Clear Skies Counseling LCSW PLLC, I am proud to support the mission of the Erie County Anti-Stigma Coalition. Addressing stigma around mental health is complex work that requires sustained effort, honest conversations, and strong community partnerships.
In my work, I witness firsthand how stigma can prevent individuals from seeking help, delay healing, and deepen isolation. Joining this coalition reflects our organization’s dedication to breaking down those barriers, promoting understanding, and fostering a culture where mental health is treated with the same importance and respect as physical health.
We are honored to stand alongside fellow organizations in Erie County to advance this critical effort. Together, we can amplify awareness, support those in need, and build a more inclusive and supportive community for all.

At Clear Skies Counseling LCSW PLLC, our tagline “Embracing the Journey” reflects our belief that healing and personal growth are not linear processes, but ongoing experiences that deserve patience, compassion, and understanding. We recognize that each individual’s path is unique, with its own challenges, setbacks, and moments of progress.
“Embracing the Journey” means creating space for clients to explore their experiences without judgment, honoring where they are while supporting where they want to go. It is about fostering resilience, self-awareness, and acceptance along the way, rather than focusing solely on outcomes.
Through this approach, Clear Skies Counseling encourages clients to view their journey not as something to rush through, but as an opportunity for meaningful growth, healing, and lasting change.
