Aging, Isolation and Asking for Help
August 26, 2026
Join the Anti-Stigma Coalition for a meaningful conversation about how isolation and loneliness can affect the mental health of older adults. Together, we'll explore the connection between social isolation, depression, and other mental health challenges, while addressing the stigma that often prevents people from reaching out for support. Whether you're an older adult, a caregiver, a family member, or a community member, you'll leave with a better understanding of how connection, compassion, and open conversations can make a difference.
